"I have had our cars detailed three different places, Reece and Luke did by far the best job. It was such a bonus to have them arrive at our home to do the work. I didn't have to drop off my car and pick it up and I was able to have both vehicles done in one day. They set up a tent in the driveway and got right to work and left my vehicles looking just like new. I highly recommend their services and will be contacting them next time I need our vehicles cleaned. Thanks to both of you and well done."

"Wow! They really blew away what I thought was possible with our car. When we bought it the used car dealership said they’d have it detailed and well… they need to talk to these folks to really learn what detailing is!

Reload auto detail was on time, easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job. Way beyond what I expected! I loved that they come to you - all I needed to provide was the car key, hose and electrical for them to hook up to.

Reload showed up to our home right on time, following COVID-19 safety protocols and came eager to begin detailing. They were so very professional, thorough and detailed-oriented with both their interior and exterior detailing. They made sure that every small corner and crumb was taken care of, and took their time making sure they did a great job.

"amazing work they do i was shocked and surprised to see the before and after look my truck wheels weren’t polished for 3 years but when they came to my place and did them i was amazed how they turned out and without sanding them first they told me would be way better but i was happy without the sanding i’ll recommend them to anyone and i tipped them good for the hard work they deserve it sorry don’t have after pictures yet but i will post them soon and i live in port alberni these guys came to my place and worked around my work schedule i give them"
